Return / Exchange Window

•  You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

•  Returns or exchanges after 14 days will not be accepted.

Return / Exchange Conditions

We only accept returns or exchanges for the following quality issues:

•  Manufacturing defects or quality problems with the product

•  Damage that occurred during shipping (clear breakage or unusable condition)

•  Incorrect item received (wrong product, color, or size shipped)

The following are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

•  Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or “does not fit / I don’t like it”

•  Used, worn, washed, or altered items

•  Items missing original tags, packaging, or accessories

•  Sale, clearance, or “Final Sale” items

•  Personalized, customized, engraved, or made-to-order products

•  Personal care items, consumables, underwear, or hygiene products (for health reasons)

How to Return or Exchange

1.  Within 14 days of delivery, go to your order page and submit a return request.

2.  Please include clear photos or videos showing the quality issue as proof.

3.  We will review your request within 48 business hours.

4.  If approved, we will provide a return shipping address and label.

5.  Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method and keep the tracking number.

6.  Once we receive and inspect the item (must be in original condition with no additional damage), we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Timeline: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.

Important Notes

•  For approved quality issues, we will cover the return shipping cost.

•  Non-quality-related return requests will be declined. In such cases, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

•  We reserve the right to make the final decision on the condition of returned items.
